Refund Policy (With 1-Year Lock-In & Security Cheque Clause)

Lock-In Period: Once the token amount is paid and booking is confirmed, there is a mandatory lock-in period of 1 year. During this time, property handover or refund request will not be entertained, except in special approved cases.

Full Refund + 50% Bonus (Only if Company Fails): If Chandigarh Tricity Dream Homes fails to provide property site visit or finalize any deal within 45 days, and the buyer wishes to cancel, a full refund with 50% bonus on the token amount will be processed after the 1-year lock-in period.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation (After Lock-In): If the customer cancels the booking after 1 year, 80% of the token amount will be refunded. 20% will be deducted as administrative and marketing charges.

Return of Security Document: For any refund to be processed, the customer must return the original post-dated security cheque issued by the company.

Refund Timeline After Cheque Return: Refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date the post-dated cheque is received back by the company.

Mode of Refund: All refunds will be made via bank transfer or Razorpay to the account from which the token was originally received.
