Terms & Conditions – Chandigarh Tricity Dream Homes

Eligible Locations: This booking is applicable only for residential properties located in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and Zirakpur.

Token Amount: Customers are required to pay 50% of the total booking amount as token to reserve the unit.

Builder Tie-Up: All listings are verified and connected with authorized sales departments of reputed builders in the Tricity region.

Booking Confirmation: A confirmation receipt will be issued within 24 hours of payment.

Verification Call: After booking, our team will verify your preference, location, and budget to assign the nearest suitable property.

Agreement: A soft-copy agreement or affidavit will be shared with buyer within 3 working days of token payment.

Final Payment & Handover: The remaining 50% to be paid as per agreed timeline before unit finalization or possession phase, if applicable.

Booking Validity: The token will be valid for 45 days, during which the customer must finalize the unit or withdraw with applicable terms.
